Eric Hayes is Principal and Founder of Hayes & Co. Consulting. Eric’s background is in human resources, organizational leadership, learning and communication, and he has served as a business partner and consultant supporting corporate HR and accounting across several industries for over 12 years. He has a Master’s of Arts in Education from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor’s of Arts in Communication.

Eric lives in Yorktown, VA with his wife, three kids, and golden retriever.
